2. Description of Service

Synovae AI provides an AI-powered job search and application platform that includes:

  • CV analysis and optimization
  • Job matching and search
  • Automated job applications
  • Cover letter and CV generation
  • Application tracking and management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Synovae AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited features with 1 job search per month
  • Basic Tier: $20/month with enhanced features
  • Premium Tier: $49/month with full automation and unlimited features

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in ways that send more requests than a human could reasonably produce
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Synovae AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your CV and personal data, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Synovae AI uses artificial intelligence to generate CVs, cover letters, and other content. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
  • You should customize and personalize AI-generated content as needed

8. Limitation of Liability

Synovae AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
